Since 1993, Alpine has been a pole permit process administrator in the state of Florida.  Alpine currently adminsters more than 1.3 million poles between FPL and Gulf Power.

Alpine is responsible for receipt and review of licensee permits, engineering of make ready work orders to accommodate attachees, post construction inspection to verify standards compliance and updating of the attachment billing database. All of these services are performed at no cost to the pole owner.

Audit:

Since 1980, Alpine has successfully performed surveys of over 5,000,000 facilities through Joint Use, Streetlight, and NESC Audits for such companies as FPL, Gulf Power, AT&T, Embarq, and Verizon.

These surveys resulted in substantial capture of unbilled facilities making the survey cost negligible.
